1. Ethics and Morality are both related with the conduct of right and wrong. Ethics is the moral rules that oversee an individual's conduct or the leading of an action. As stated by Durkheim (2018), Morals are worried about the standards of good and bad conduct and the integrity or disagreeableness of human character. Morality is personal, whereas ethics is associated with professional conduct. As for example, based on my moral values of supporting the right, my ethics did not allow me to steal the money that was left unattended on the ground in the park. 
2. The purpose of morality is to lead an individual in the right direction and perform the right deeds. It also aims in developing human beings so that they can leave in the community with peace and harmony and avoid any sort of conflict.
Ethics acts as a vehicle to the morals. It puts the morals into action. As opined by Lapsley (2018),
