	Marine environment is one of the important affairs for the Californians. Warnings to marine environment include sea level rising, pollution caused by plastic and overfishing. Massive plurality of people regards marine debris and plastic as a main issue (72%) and others as a bit of an issue (18%). A large sum of people beyond income, age, education and racial or ethnic category, view it as a major environment issue. The debris is caused due to scattered sources. The 80% of marine debris are the result of land-based origin, as reported by the California Coastal Commission, for example, waste that cleanse from land to the sea. 	An increasing worry is that debris and micro plastic are very tiny to be seized by the current purifier at therapy plants treating wastewater.
