Introduction
The paper is in relation to the Professional Ethics to a member of the Australian Computer Society. Case laws on the ethical behaviour has been examined and answered. The validity of the privacy on internet access has been examined and the special responsibilities of a member of ACS have been pointed. The environment in which we all work is constantly changing as technology advances, competition intensifies, diversity in constituencies, and differences between generations (Brecher, 2010). Therefore, the "standards" are proposed as an enduring system inside which individuals associated with the vocation improvement and business procedures will work and fill in as the reason for advancing demonstrable skill and moral conduct. NACE individuals should utilize standards to direct procedures, choices, and results. The standards of the Ethics Professional Practice Committee have been produced to assume a position of authority in the field of morals and to advance progressing discourse on morals related issues. The board of trustees additionally educates individuals on the application with respect to the "standards" as a clearinghouse for different moral issues and frequently audits and prescribes changes to the "standards".

Company X and Y signed agreement about sharing client’s record. Company Z is developing software program for X and Y. Some weeks later employee Faisal working for Z found security hole in database software and told it to his Boss and he responded “that’s not your problem”.
The case involved three main aspects; the two small parties mentioned by companies X, Y and Z. were employees of Z Company, Faisal, software developers and his managers. Companies Y and X signed a memo of understanding completely to permit access to each other's customer records. Faisal's mission is to design a plan to complete the agreement between the two companies. During the development process, he pointed out that there are loopholes in Y's database; threats may only affect the performance of their systems, but may affect the company's X database. The response he received from his manager after notifying his findings was the backbone of this analysis; the IT sub-sector and the ethics of the entire workplace.
