1.Critically reflect upon the answer you chose in the activity in the first seminar regarding whether you thought families, communities, governments, or businesses should take primary responsibility for assisting people in need. Reflect upon your learning since you completed this activity and whether your views have changed or remained the same. (500 words)


I chose families because i think that it is your first point of contact with the world as your biggest support in life. In the culture where I come from the government does not have a big impact in assisting people because there is a lot of corruption and funds often get lost within the government parties.

    Family is the first choice for taking responsibility for the people who need it because it is the first social group with which human beings are encountered. For the requirement of need, family is the first and foremost thing that will come to support and provide all the necessary help to an individual in terms of help. When a person bonds in a family they are directly attached to it with the bond of family. Human beings are social animals and their required that kins live a happy and supportive life. Family gives companionship and support that are required in everyone's life and its benefits a person in order to take some social responsibilities as well as learn about the society in a collaborative manner. Family is the primary responsibility of a person because a lot of social traits are understood by living with family. Especially among indigenous groups and cultures family plays a very important role in uniting people and teaching them moral values about the culture and community.
In the first few years of an individual's life, parental care and support are very important for a person to grow into an adult. Along with parental care, a person can acquire some social responsibilities and mental stability while living with the family. Among the indigenous population, the aboriginal and To
es Strait islanders, family bonds are thought to be sacred because the uniformity is the strength of these tribes. It has also been understood from the study that family provides some financial and mental security and proper guidance in a person's life. With the help of family and additional mental support, a person can change into a different being altogether. Financial support can help a family to survive even in disastrous situations.
Most of the indigenous groups are not very financially stable and that is my financial security from few members of the family help in sustaining the whole family. The indigenous population lives among their clans and groups. With the assistance of all the members of the family and individuals can learn social responsibilities and responsibility towards the family and social groups in order to on their role as the member of a tribe.
The family can teach and guide an individual about the culture of their community and the role to play as a member of the community. There are many instances when a family can provide certain moral education and spiritual directions to an individual that no other human being can. The basic education of a human being begins with family and the members of the family features and individual towards a well-guided future.
