No more than 20 questions in the survey please!!Include questions asking participants' demographic information such as gender, age, education level, and more related to your specific research topic and questions.A survey must include questions to gather at least one nominal, one ordinal, two interval/ratio pieces of data.Make sure you are asking questions related to your research topics and the overall question you are trying to answer.The draft must be completed in Word, make sure it is laid out well and that all instructions are included (remember each type of question should have instructions, check one, check all that apply, etc.)Your final version may be a paper or online survey for people to complete (Google Forms is a great survey option for an online survey if you are familiar with it.)Develop a cover letter/script for your survey. It should include who you are, why you are doing the survey, how long the survey should take, and that the results will remain confidential. It should also give basic instructions.
