1.        There is a lack of opportunities for Black and Latino students while opting for jobs after the completion of their education in many regions of the USA like Idaho, Pennsylvania, Dakota, and Montana. One major reason is that most of the Black and Latin students opt for only the general study courses and opt-out of the advanced courses present in the academic curriculum. Black and Latino students get lesser opportunities while choosing the advanced placement programs in schools, colleges, and universities in the USA after completing their educational tenure track in comparison to the white students (Trust, 2020). 
White students opt for more advanced courses and get better job opportunities as their parents invest more money in their child's education in comparison to the parents of Black and Latino students. The major reasons for this lag are that many states have a lesser population of Black students, many schools have few courses for the students to opt for, and the financial constraints present in the Black families prevent the Black children from opting the advanced courses (Trust, 2020) (Patrick et al., 2020). 
2. 	The CHEC Chicago program is taking interest in investing resources to improve the educational curriculum available to the students as well as taking a step towards increasing the laboratory experiment exposure of the students to provide them more scientific exposure.
