This session, we will be using an online system called PeerWise that lets you submit multiple choice questions (MCQs) and answer and rate other students' MCQs. Your activity in PeerWise is worth 10% of your final subject grade.
Over the session you will need to create 5 multiple choice questions as well as answer, rate and comment on 50 questions. In designing your MCQs, you must indicate the topic your question relates to and address the learning outcomes of that topic. An explanation of the correct answer must also be provided. Within the explanation, the sources of information you used to develop the MCQ (e.g. textbooks, handbook, readings, etc) should be indicated. This will allow other students to further investigate the concepts covered in the MCQ.

To encourage everyone to participate equally, all activities on PeerWise is anonymous. However I am able to track contributions from each individual. Offensive comments or questions will not be tolerated.

.

Students should note that the 'due date' (by session week) for the above PeerWise activities are not prescriptive and students will NOT be penalised if the PeerWise activities are not completed by the suggested session week. Given this no extensions need to be requested. However, as indicated above, all activities must be completed by 22 May 2016, where any questions created or commented upon after this date will be disregarded. In addition, students who have not commenced any work on PeerWise by 14 March 2016 will be contacted to discuss their progress
