Overview
Recall the three stages of the project:
Phase 1: Introduction, problem statement, feasibility study, and project plan
Phase 2: Methodology to compare the old and new systems and the systems analysis
Phase 3: Results of comparison of the old and new systems and the systems design
In Phase 2 you will develop a methods section, similar to a research methods section of a journal article, that highlights the framework and standards you will use to compare the old information system analysis and design to the new information system that is cloud-capable, highly available, scalable, and secure. You will use the methods section as a means to compare the two systems.

This report must contain the following elements:

IV. Every section must be well supported with scholarly information systems journal articles.
V. Introduction and conclusion sections
a. Please update your previous introduction and conclusion sections as appropriate

d. Introduce the primary goals of this particular phase, the coinciding objectives, and the outcomes
e. The conclusion should be the last heading and conclude the cu

VI. Literature review and systems analysis and design methodology
a. Constructs a well-supported review of literature related to the problem
. Develops a proper systems analysis and design comparison methodology in which to benchmark and test the information system
c. Details and supports the objective framework(s) and standards that will be used to compare the old and new systems
d. Uses the frameworks’ process accurately
VII. Systems analysis diagrams
a. A minimum of two diagrams (2) are necessary for each required type, one diagram represents the existing system and one diagram represents the new re-designed and improved system

i. Use case diagrams for the old system and new system
ii. Written use cases (also known as use case descriptions) for the old system and new system
iii. Activity diagrams for the old system and new system
iv. Sequence diagrams for the old system and new system
c. Screenshots are required for each diagram with a visible operating system date/time and unique desktop element showing that indicates it is your compute
i. No credit will be given for diagrams without screenshots
ii. Include the screenshots in appendices in the project report
d. Describe the systems analysis as you complete it in a na

    Introduction
In this report we will discuss the organization which needs to have its system analyzed and redesigned. For this task I have selected the Relief International organization. It has offices in 16 different countries. The mission of the organization is to help the people who are living in fragile and vulnerable settings. The headquarter office of the organization is located in Washington DC and they also have the global support offices in France, London, Lyon and Los Angeles. The organization also have the regional and country offices in Middle East, Africa and Asia. In these fragile settings which are sometimes present in the remote areas, this organization is still struggling to get all the necessary IT infrastructure in some of the countries so that it can provide adequate access of the applications to the company, especially since the paradigm shifted to work from home during the Covid 19 pandemic. For example, in Iran some of the applications and document content tools are not accessible because of the sanctions. The system analysis and redesign can be used to handle the service gap in some of the offices located in different countries.

This organization is known for helping the people by educating them on the word of the God and they help them to live in a righteous manner or we can say in an ethical manner. The ethics are very important in education because they can help the user to make system run very smoothly. It can also be used to set the standards of what is acceptable and what is not acceptable by the normal people in a society (Ecole Globale, 2022).
Problem Statement
The main problem that is present is Relief International’s IT infrastructure needs to be redesigned to allow users to work from home securely. This is an area where we have IT infrastructure gaps that were exposed during the work from home deployment because of Covid – 19. We can do this by redesigning the cu
ent system to one that will give access to the users in the remote areas. In these fragile settings which are sometimes present in the remote areas this organization is still struggling to get all the necessary IT infrastructure in some of the countries so that it can provide adequate access of the applications to the company. For example, in Iran some of the applications and document content tools are not accessible because of the sanctions.
Feasibility Study
To solve this issue we have to design and plan a software defined wide area network which will be installed in the campus of the organization with the help of Cisco meraki security appliances so that the people will be able to access the production applications of the company over on premises private cloud which will be located in the headquarter office. This software defined wide area network can be used as the new wide area network technology. The user does not have to install the dedicated hardware, or any specialized type of the wider network technology software defined network because it will make it easier for them to use it with open virtual switches and the configurable APIs. This software defined wide area network can be used as the specific network which is designed with the use of development, and it is related with the wide area network relationship for instance, 4G, 5G,
oadband web or LTE. Research was done to find out how feasible it is to building a private cloud and deploying virtual desktop interfaces (VDIs). A lot of organizations today have cloud-based solutions to access files over the internet. One of the drawbacks is that resource sharing in the cloud can be a security threat or risk. Because of this threat, many organizations are using a separate private cloud environment for their operations (Gopalakrishnan, et. al, 2019).There is a plan for implementing the easily accessible user interface with the help of virtual desktop interface so that the users are able to access the applications of the organization easily.
The system I am redesigning for Relief International is designed to improve the IT infrastructure and accessibility of the company portal in South Sudan. This is an area where we have IT infrastructure gaps that were exposed during the work from home deployment because of Covid – 19. In order for me to have a user - friendly environment and keep the data safe, I will use a technology called hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI). This technology is a software defined, unified system that integrates storage, compute virtualization, networking virtualization, and management to include automation (VMWare, 2022), only I will deploy the cloud on-premise. That way I will have more control and better security. The plan is to have Software Defined Wide Area Networks installed in all of the camps via Cisco Meraki security appliances so that they can access company production applications via an on-premises private cloud located in the HQ office.
The system analysis can be defined as a process of examining or troubleshooting any type of problem in the information system so that it will have an improved version through the methods and procedures to make it work better. The facts gathered are then interpreted in a way so that the system is understood 100%. The information can then be used to recommend improvements to the system. System Design is the process of planning a new system or a system to replace or complement an existing system. Combined, system analysis and system design make up the components of a concept called System Development (Jawahar, 2021).
Project Schedule
The WBS created for Relief International is designed to improve the IT infrastructure and accessibility of the company portal in South Sudan. The plan is to have Software Defined Wide Area Networks installed in all of the camps via Cisco Meraki security appliances so that they can access company production applications via an on-premises private cloud in the HQ office. As per the plan there will be implementation of an easily accessible user interface via a Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI) so users can access their applications. The Cisco Meraki installation action will maximize network resiliency, bandwidth efficiency, and connect all the offices virtually. This is the WBS:
The project will take approximately 122 days to complete. The cost of the project will be around $139,060.00 This cost includes the equipment and labor. This amount could fluctuate depending on how much time is actually spent on the project. Hopefully, this will be enough time.

For this solution we are using software defined wide area network and it is known as the wide area network which uses software components for controlling the network operations. As per the definition there are some management software which utilizes the networking hardware in the same manner as done by the hypervisors and other components which are virtualizing the data center operations.
