For the past few decades, business landscape has expanded to a newer level. Off late, one of the biggest trends in the business world is the consumerization of information technology.  The start-up or the well renowned organizations function as emancipate networks and are associated through culture, information systems, and talent. The main concentration of the companies is being focused on redesigning the organization by developing new models. With the replacement of organizational hierarchies by the network and ecosystems the conventional question “For whom do employees work?” has been replaced by “With what do employees work?”
Organizational design has been made to attain the top list as the most essential trend in the Global Human Capital Trends survey. It is mainly because of the different operational skills that were never implemented in the last ten years.
