See Doc in Zip file:Using your WBS and your preferred project management tool, finish your project schedule. You should

· Be sure that the only date entered manually is the project start date

· Add milestones

· Add dependencies making sure that all tasks ( except the topmost item) have predecessor(s) and all tasks ( except the ending milestone) have successor(s)

· Add task duration estimates

· Identify the critical path

· Write a BRIEF summary that explains your approach to the estimates and lists the tasks in the critical path.

Note: This is your SCHEDULE BASELINE. You will use it in your final Project Plan at the end of the term.

· Depth of thought:

o Detailed, well organized WBS ( with corrections from prior module made, where appropriate)

o Appropriate use of Milestones

o Clear and reasonable approach to estimates

o Understanding of the critical path

· Tools and Techniques

o Project files open without problems

o Variety and reasonability of dependency types ( not just F2S)

o no tasks/milestones without predecessors/successors
