prevention tool for care homes. In this critical analysis, different aspects has been evaluated such
as participation of human in the study and their protection, data collection through different
sources such as primary and secondary, data management and analysis and interpretation of

Protection of Human Participants
Authors of this study have identified the benefits of participation in this study, as the
participants would gain knowledge about GtACH and would be able to minimize the risk of
falling and injuries. There was not any kind of risk addressed by the authors to be a participant in
this study. One of the significant benefits of this study for participant is to improve their
understating about different tools that can be used for preventing falls.
Yes, informed consent obtained from the subjects or participants as researcher has sent an
invitation letter to all the targeted home care. It is also seemed in the study that participation of
the subjects was voluntary, as four care homes have withdrawn the study after obtaining consent
and attending training session, so data from these care homes were not collected. Moreover,
some representatives also left the study and not filled the complete questionnaire as they have
not attained the training session, which shows that participation is voluntary.
