Introduction
Google Inc. has remained a renowned, successful corporation. In order to achieve profits and remain a leading force in the search-engine environment it is important to concentrate the company on continuous organizational growth and development. Keeping the knowledge about ethical issues relating to human rights and also the modernization of a more effective R&D department have been the key guidelines that will strengthen strategies that can help the company's long-term economic excellence and viability. Google's strategy will be to strengthen vulnerabilities, reinforce its position against threats and use its strengths by capitalizing on these opportunities.
