Please find details forAssignment 3Preview the document(Total of 5 data files + PDF with details about the assignment itself). The first file (PDF) details the question/s. The ptt extension files (forE_coli,B_subtilis,SynechocystisandHalobacterium) are actually zipped so you will have to unzip them before using and these files are all in tab-delimited text format. As always I am expecting the scripts to be submitted so that when they are run on each of the ptt file I have operon predictions for the genome and like wise another script (for the second part) which can predict the operons in themetagenomefile.
