Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that signals pleasure rewards for food, sex and addictive 
drugs, such as cocaine. For instance, a citizen has contacted the children and family service 
agency to ask for alcohol counseling for her teenage child and is transferred to the drug and 
alcohol agency. She has to provide her information and repeat the child's story to both 
agencies, which represents an opportunity for CX improvement. In this situation, a CEH 
would orchestrate moving the information collected in the children and family service CRM 
system to the drug and alcohol employee's screen when the call is transferred. Common state 
and local departments fulfilling this mission include alcohol control boards; consumer affairs 
and professional licensing; environmental protection; departments of health, community 
development and planning; public works; and animal control. Users may have personality 
issues that make them more likely to become dependent on a range of things, such as 
cigarettes, alcohol, gambling, other drugs or the Internet, given the right circumstances. 
Toxicity can easily become workplace bullying, which the Workplace Bullying Institute 
defines as "the repeated, health-harming mistreatment of an employee by one or more 
employees through acts of commission or omission.
