Here, we wish to determine whether the four lecturer score does not differ significantly.
The mean student score given by tutor 1 (Dr. Field) is 68.88 with a standard deviation of 5.643.
The mean student score given by tutor 2 (Dr. Smith) is 64.25 with a standard deviation of 4.713.
The mean student score given by tutor 3 (Dr. Scorte) is 65.25 with a standard deviation of 6.923.
The mean student score given by tutor 4 (Dr. Field) is 57.38 with a standard deviation of 7.909.
On comparing the mean scores, we see that tutor 1 (Dr. Field) scores in favor of the students by
placing more marks when compared with other three tutors.
Most of the parametric tests are based on the assumption of normality and independence.
Since, in repeated measure design different data are measured from same group, these
assumptions are not appropriate. That is, the data are related and hence independence assumption
