	Human service worker is a broad term used for the people who have professional and paraprofessional experiences in a job setting which aim to assist people. As suggested by Madsen, Lange, Borritz and Rugulies (2015), this job requires strong desire to help others. Domain and Field of Practice Associated with Domestic Violence Counsellor 
	The domain selected to work as a domestic violence counsellor is personal and interpersonal domain of the person. Kintore is the area selected for the practice. Kintore is a remote settling area of Northern Territory of Australia. It has a population of around more than 450 people (RAHC, 2019). The population of area is dominated by Aboriginal population. As suggested by Trotter (2015), the field of practice in local NGO as a domestic violence counsellor comes under social worker category of human services.
