Introduction
Events and festivals are the energy and lifeblood of the society, they are crucial to enhance and maintain the relationships in the community as well as build strong connections amongst various stakeholders. Essentially, events
ing happiness to people and urge solid social interactions with fellow members. This enables them to grow bonds, develop relationships and establish a strong sense of belonging. By the virtue of this assignment, I have performed extensive analysis between the events in the industry and methods in which these festivals influences the host communities. Going forward in this report, you will find the overview as well as deep dive research performed on events and their relevance. The report further will demonstrate core comprehension of different history of events. Moreover, the report also identifies as well as explains various sectors of the event industry. I have characterised different types of events like Mega, Hallmark, Business and Community. Also, the report touch upon the overall significance of events in the industry in the contemporary society.    Comment by Gareth Eldridge: A typical introduction uses the following structure:1. CONTEXTUALISATION: Provide a
ief overview of the topic. Give some background as a lead-in to the rest of the text. Make sure this links directly to the question. Provide definition of key terms using journal articles as the source.2. PURPOSE: “The aim of this essay / report is to…”. Use the instruction words and content words from the assignment
ief.3. THESIS STATEMENT: The most important sentence in the whole assignment. You directly but
iefly answer the question here. To make this clear, you might use a phrase such as “The evidence / research clearly shows that…”.4. Blueprint / Essay map: “This report will firstly describe…, the move on to… and finally…”. Provide a list of the sections of the assignment in the order they will be presented.Total length should not exceed 10% of word total.    Comment by Mukherjee Parul 5INHR: Resolved
Festival Events and its Evolution
A public cele
ation that conveys its essence through a kaleidoscope of several activities, specific interactions with participants, and spectators can be refe
ed to as Festivals (Goldblatt, 2001). By the virtue of researched performed by Goldblatt, the method in which festivals are cele
ated usually su
ounds ritual, art, and festivity. The majority of festivals are witnessed with community gatherings that objectify people's collective vision, wishes, and dreams. This offers an important occasion for delivering unique experiences in social lives. The generic origins of any festival gathering have strong roots in culture and traditions. Each country has its cultural roots in line with the rules to cele
ate a particular festival. In Britain, by mid-1850, carnivalesque fairs were associated with being out of context relative to Latin America, which had been evolved to incorporate dynamic expressions of racial identity and cultural aspects and maintain regional harmony Goldblatt, 2001). On the other hand, most cultures cele
ate carnivalesque events like festivals, harvest cele
ations, and market fairs. Goldblatt, 2001). The carnivals in the Middle Ages offered an occasion of large gatherings and cele
ations during which people used to participate in developing a healthy social life. Essentially, from the history of the events it is easier to comprehend that festivals have evolved from time and every geography has their own festivals associated with them. These festivals and traditions have lot of impact of developing strong social life as well as contributes to the economic development of the country.    Comment by Gareth Eldridge: A body paragraph should use the following ‘burger’ structure:1. TOPIC SENTENCE: State your point directly and make sure it links directly to the question and the heading if there is one. Do not use citation. Useful phrases might be “One major problem is…”, “Another significant cause of… is…”, “One reason that…”.2. SUPPORTING SENTENCES: This is the information that comes from your research and you use it to prove your topic sentence. Add clarification and extra details. Give examples and reasons. Answer questions such as “How?”, “Why?”, “Which?” etc.All the ideas must link together LOGICALLY and not jump around (this is called ‘unity’ or ‘coherence’). Join all the ideas together clearly using linking phrases “Moreover, Additionally, Hence” etc. (this is called cohesion).EVERY supporting sentence needs in-text citation (author surname + year) or a continuation phrase “He adds that”, “They further state that” etc. Do not repeat the same citation concu
ently – use a continuation phrase instead.3. CONCLUDING COMMENT: Paraphrase the topic sentence and then extend it with your own deduction based on your reading. What did you learn? Why is your topic sentence true? Do not use citation here as this is your chance to add your own voice.    Comment by...
