Hi,

I’m doing a Social work placement at a Rehabilitation unit – Palmerston Regional Hospital, Northern Territory (Master of Social Work). I have to submit journals on weekly basis on what new thing that I have learned every week and how does that relate to AASW practice standards and reading that I have done (with reference). (Please refer to the attached weekly journal template). Also, attached a completed weekly journal I have submitted last week and the AASW practice standards.

I need 4 journals for the coming weeks. There no specific word limit but I like to make it a 350 – 400 words each journal. I have submitted journals which mentions interview, listening skill and confidentiality as new learning things. So please mention different ones in the four journals.

Thanks,
