The objective of this week's assignment is to submit a paper discussing multiplexers and demultiplexers. As we know from last week's lesson, a multiplexer is a "device or circuit capable of selecting one of several data input lines for output to a single line. It is sometimes refe
ed to as a data selector." Demultiplexers are to multiplexers, as decoders are to encoders. Knowing this, define demultiplexer in your own words, and write a 2-page paper explaining this analogy. Include examples of how demultiplexers are used in applications today. Be sure to include references and cite appropriately.

Multiplexers
Multiplexer is a data selector, which select multiple input and forward into single output. The best example of mux is single pole multi position switch which is used in many electronic circuits. Multiplexer is shortened as Mux.
Mux can handle both analog and digital applications. The mux is made up from standard logic gates. When Mux used for digital application, it is known as Digital Multiplexers
Mux Boost the information or signal that can be transfe
ed over network within restricted area and in limited time.
Mux is used in diverse application where multiple data can be communicate using single output line.
