It is very essential for the employees to feel that the compensation is quite fair compared to the industry standards and their co-workers. Hence, it is very important to provide employees their equitable compensation. The job description for working as a Software Engineer at Microsoft would be to specialize in few areas of development such as operating system, network, database or application along with fluency in the onset of computer languages as well as development environments. Working as a Software Engineer at Microsoft leads to determination of operational feasibility, analysis, evaluation, software development, documentation and demonstration of solution to developing flowcharts, documentation, diagrams, layouts, court comments, charts as well as clear code. As a software engineer, analyzing the data for effectively coordinating a new system installation as well as modification of new system are also a part of the job description (Bugri & Kumi, 2018).
Responsibilities for the software engineering includes executing a software development full lifecycle, programming, testable design and efficient codes as well as producing specification and also determining the operational feasibility.
