Introduction
An organization's culture may either make or
eak it. All teams strive toward organizational prosperity when the culture is founded on strong principles and supported by excellent structure and strategy. Leaders have an important role in training, recruiting and selecting competent employees who serve as the cornerstone of a strong business culture. As stated by Seidman, Pascal and McDonough (2020), they are in unique positions to guide firms through issues by strategically planning and influencing employee behavior. The most significant difficulties that Southglenn Physical Therapy Clinics (SPTC) encounters are discussed in the following section.
Case Analysis
SPTC has earned a reputation for providing top-notch rehabilitation services. It is an um

Following the resignation of the facility's clinical director, Lawanda Hastings, one of the clinical directors, has been named to oversee the Downtown clinic. This facility's leadership requirements are being addressed by Lawanda. Management and leadership concepts and practices are used to categorize the identified difficulties.
Challenges under Leadership Principles and Practices
People-oriented challenges fall under this category in the SPTC. Leaders are in charge of establishing regulations and rules, assigning job duties and deciding the ethical and moral underpinning of the workforce. Low employee motivation is one of the primary challenges recognized in SPTC that comes under leadership theories and strategies.
Employee Dissatisfaction
The Downtown clinic has employed several personnel in the physical therapy departments, occupational therapy and massage and there has been noticeable unhappiness, particularly among new employees. This is a typical problem, which all leaders face. New employees are often demotivated because they lack the confidence that comes with starting a new job.
