Thus, if the sample size increases by 3 times, the margin of e
or will decrease by 1/ times.
Thus, the 95% margin of e

So, If we have 3 times the data, you should have  times the accuracy."
The supervisor's suggestion won't work as the amount of uncertainty is still greater than  10.
To decrease the margin of e
or to  10, we should increase the sample size by 32 = 9 times.
That is, we require the sample size of 100 * 9 = 900 to get the margin of e
