1.    Parties and Effect: This IFA made under
1.1    This individual flexibility agreement (IFA) is made between the Robert Brahman trading as Qwality Meat specified in Schedule item 1 and employee Jane Chainsaw in Schedule item 2 under the terms of clause 7 of the Meat Industry Award 2010.

1.2    In Accordance with the Meat Industry Award 2010 (Award) this Agreement documents variations to the Award freely agreed to between the Employee and the Employer.

2.    Start and End Dates

1.    This agreement start on the date set out in Schedule item 3.
2.    Jane Chainsaw and Qwality Meat may mutually agree, in writing, to end the IFA  at any time.
3.    Alternatively, either Jane Chainsaw and Qwality Meat may end this agreement at any time on giving the other party 4 weeks written notice.
4.     As a result of 3, it is agreed that Qwality Meat will provide you within 28 days written notice of our decision to end the operation of the IFA. This decision may be based on the employer’s assessment that the need for your relocation from Qwality Butcher ‘Shop 1’ to ‘shop 2’ no longer required.
5.     IF this IFA ends and is not replaced by a new IFA, you will revert to the award conditions and your former rate of pay.

3.    Flexibility

Applicable Pay rate:

The employer and employee agree to vary the terms of the Award as follow:

3.1    Qwality Butchers will pay to employee flat rate $55 per hour above the Award rate of pay set out in Schedule, item 8 confirms the new weekly wage under IFA.  Which is place of payment for annual leave loading and personal leave entitlements including 2 hours over time per week day. Instead of paying the weekly wage of $ XXXXXXXXXXminimum for the Employees’ award as Meat Industry Level 8 ) (an hourly rate of $21.37).
3.2    The employee will also receive a $2,000 annual bonus in return for agreeing to a post-employment restraint clause.
